VITP Welcome Desk and Security
An innovative facility deserves an innovative security solution. With this in mind, VITP manages its Security Services internally to protect its people and property.
Whether ensuring the safety of your intellectual and physical properties, providing advice to increase the effectiveness of your company’s in-house security measures simply escorting one of your employees to their vehicle at the end of a long day, the men and women of our Welcome Desk and Security Team are prepared to meet your present and future security needs.

What does Security do for our VITP and MTC tenants?
- Duty officers maintain custody of all keys for the complex, signing them out to visitors, cleaners and trades, and ensure their return
- 24/7 Security Patrols for the exterior and interior of our properties which consists of checking each and every door in the complex on scheduled rounds throughout the day and night
- Monitor inside and out through 13 roving “real life” cameras that cover the entire grounds at VITP and MTC
- Escort late-night workers to their vehicles
- Respond to all alarms and contact to appropriate 911 services when required
- Emergency first aid services
- Assist contracted Parking Services in ensuring compliance of parking spaces at VITP
