relationship with Google where it will resell Google enterprise search products and provide implementation and
consulting services to bring advanced enterprise search solutions to Canadian businesses.

In the first of two agreements, Compugen has been selected by Google as a national reseller of the Google
Search Appliance.Using the same technology that has earned Google leadership in the search engine market,
these enterprise products provide a corporate internal search solution as simple and powerful as Google.com
itself. Users can quickly and easily search across the vast amounts of data held by today’s organizations,
including intranets, document and content management systems, file servers, corporate desktops, and business
applications such as ERP, CRM and Business Intelligence.

The Google Search Appliance, aimed at medium to large organizations, can index millions of documents, and
includes advanced security features that ensure that users can only access authorized information. This product
is available in several models, from a single, 2U rack-mounted version that can be licensed to search up to three
million documents at a rate of up to 25 queries per second, to a clustered appliance that can access tens of
millions of documents and includes automatic internal clustering and failover for built-in redundancy.
