Maintenance

On-site maintenance is an offering that VITP provides for all of our tenants. From keeping the grounds in immaculate condition to looking after all common space for VITP, our Maintenance Team offers knowledgeable and comprehensive services. The VITP Property Management Office can be found on-site in Level One of Building 200. This office is home to state-of-the-art equipment that controls many of the internal systems that are offered at VITP.

The VITP Maintenance Team is headed by Facility Superintendant Uwe Bartley. Uwe has been supervising the site for over 10 years. Mr. Bartley can be reached at 250.483.3282 or via email at maintenance@vitp.ca.

  • 35+ years in construction industry and building maintenance
  • Journeyman plumber
  • B-Gas ticket with electrical endorsement
  • Small water and waste water ticket
  • Member of BCWWA (British Columbia Waste Water Association)
  • Member of AWWA (America Waste Water Association)
  • Cross-connection Control Specialist
  • Indoor air-quality certification
  • Qualified Light Urban Search and Rescue
  • Rapid Damage Assessment Specialist
  • Polyfusion ticket
  • Class 1 Heavy Equipment License with air
  • Certified fire stop control
